Whip up soya cream in a mixer until stiff peaks form, or handwisk to your liking, then throw your favourite berries on top. Indulgent and delicious. Alternatively you can buy vegan squirty cream and use frozen fruit for a more convenient option.

– 1tbs flax seed
– 2 handfuls of frozen spinach and or kale
– 250ml cup plant milk
– 1sp spirulina powder
– Half an avocado
– 1 date, optional


If You Have Any Left Over You Can Make Them Into Pancakes Too!

Just add enough plain flour to make a batter-like consistency along with  1tsp baking powder and fry up. Sprinkle with icing sugar for sweetness.


THE Best Vegan Banana Pancake Recipe

– 1 cup oats
– 1 ripe banana
– ½ cup plant milk
– 2tbs maple syrup
– 1tsp vanilla extract
– 1tsp baking powder
– ¼ tsp salt

Blend all ingredients and fry as any other pancake.
