The perfect way to use up those overripe bananas and another excuse to eat dessert for breakfast! This tasty chocolate chip banana bread breakfast recipe couldn’t be simpler to make and comes together with just 6 ingredients.
Blender, Measuring Scales, Measuring Spoons
60g Oat Flour, Oats Blitzed in a Blender Until You Get a Fine Powder
½ Ripe Banana, Mashed
110ml Dairy-Free Milk of Choice
½ tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
Small Handful of Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
Pre-heat an oven to 180oc
Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix until combined.
Mix in the chocolate chips (keeping a few back to place on the top).
Pour into a greased ramekin and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Place in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
