White Chocolate, Cranberry & Pistachio Bark Recipe

A delicious yet simple edible gift idea. This White Chocolate Bark makes a great Christmas present that is possible to make packaging free if you get your ingredients from a bulk food store, making this a super zero waste option.

Mixing bowl, saucepan, measuring scales, baking sheet, spatula


300g Dairy free white chocolate

70g Pistachio kernels

70g Dried cranberries


Step 1

Melt the dairy free white chocolate in a bain marie and allow to cool slightly.

Step 2

Stir in 50g of the pistachios and 50g of the cranberries.

Step 3

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with greaseproof parchment paper and spread into an even thin layer about 30cm by 20cm.

Step 4

Top with the remaining pistachios and cranberries, pressing them into the chocolate as you go.

Step 5

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and once set break into bite sized pieces.
