Handmade in the UK, these black cotton bento bags make the perfect plastic-free alternative to single use sandwich bags or use as an alternative to gift wrap.

Bento bags are a style of bag from Japan. Called Furoshiki, it is a traditional cloth which dates back to the Nara period (AD 710 to 794) that Japanese people use to carry their Obento (meal) as well as doubling up as a table mat for the lunch.

Postage Packaging - Smaller bags are packaged in recycled envelopes. The larger bags and order with more than one item are packaged in cardboard boxes that can be reused or recycled.
